Understanding my BRC-ABL blood test

I got my three month Bcr-Abl blood test back. Meeting with my Doctor tomorrow to discuss the results. 

I am a little confused with the results as I see two results.

p210/Abl normalized ratio       value 0.003

Internatioal scale (IS)              value 0.19

Diagnosed 8/14/2018. Treated with Sprycel 100 mgs. what is the difference between these two values ? 

Not to sure but either way that’s a bloody good 3 month response! All I know is the IS (International Standard) is what we go by which states less than 10% at 3 months. So you’re doing great!!!
