Good afternoon,
I just want to find out, has anyone experienced hypo pigmentation whilst taking Gleevac?

I take 400mg but I can see that I am becoming lighter.
Even my friends have noticed my skin change.

Is my skin gonna go back to its original colour?

Yes, unfortunately, Gleevec does significantly lighten skin.  It has to do with Gleevec's untargeted effect on melanocyte production (through c-KIT, I think).  Nothing to be done about it, and in my experience, it does not get better as long as you are on Gleevec.  When I switched to Sprycel, the color came back to almost normal.  It doesn't keep going and going and going lighter, however!  It just gets noticeable, as your friends have noticed.
