Urinary flow

I wonder whether any gentlemen posters here have experienced an improvement in otherwise compromised urinary flow through taking either Imatinib or Allopurinol? I do take Tamsulosin and Oxybutynin.

I had the opposite situation.
My flow was robust until after TKI.
That’s when it became restricted.
My Primary Care Physician who works with
my oncologist as they are in the same network
prescribed Tamsulosin .4mg
So after DX I take this also.

Seems to be better...

I think that I will discuss with the consultant. Perhaps, it is the interaction of the various drugs coming into play. Regards, Stephen
