Thank you so much for posting the link. I had a very good time listening to the "experts" response regarding fasting, dose and related.
For those who want to listen to the key bits - it starts around 6:30 into the video.
Of course - I disagree with them. Strongly. It was noteworthy that their response was "knee jerk" in that they seemed puzzled by the question as if first time they ever heard it. They don't know so they just said don't do it.
Science has already verified stem cell activation upon prolonged fasting:

Science has also shown that for cancer patients, fasting prior to treatment (the radiation/chemo kind) gave BETTER results:

The panel participants don't know about this so they just say it's a bad idea. I feel comfortable doing what I did and continue to do. It may very well help me achieve treatment free remission (my goal).
NO MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL is likely going to suggest anyone on this forum do anything that is not clinically tested, and government approved.
