Hilarious....I had a reaction to undercooked shitake mushrooms, rare but it does happen. Thought I was developing shingles!!

I´m pretty sure I´ve eaten shitakes before, *maybe* it had something to do with TKI+senstivity+undercooked shitakes

Just had a bunch (shitake mushrooms) tonight! I have them in fits and spurts.

Sauteed gently in a bit of butter and then tossed in with broccoli. Seasoned with a bit of olive oil and apple cider vinegar.

It's a meal all by itself.
