After early symptoms of CML start to go away when you respond to your TKI (reduced spleen, perhaps vision improving, reduced / no bone pain, reversal of weight loss, no night sweats, etc. etc.) it will be difficult or impossible for you to feel the effects of CML reducing. You won't feel a physiological difference between 1% and 0.1% or lower, for example.
Really, once CML is under control physiological symptoms are more related to the medication you are on and by reducing that, then you may feel better.
