MY question....
1, How long time undetacktable possible?
2, life long possible? (undetacktable) (lower dose)
3, IMTINIB Failure possible after many years (7+) undetacktable
I am worried about TKI failure in future
ONE article says miristen 126 cure cml ( permanent remission) (june 2018) in future......
But no update available last 7-8 months

Undetectable doesn't mean gone. With advances in PCR technology, an old undetectable result may be detectable in the future even with no change in disease.
So don't worry about undetectable. All you need is results below 0.1%. With low results, there is no reason you or any other CML patient will maintain this response life-long. It is possible, but very unlikely, to develop resistance in the future but of course there are other drugs available. But I must stress that this is very unlikely. People who achieve low PCR results almost always maintain them, and some are even lucky enough that they can maintain them treatment-free.
If your most recent PCR result was undetectable, stop worrying and enjoy your life. It will be a long one!
